Thank you for your continued support of our escape game venue. When we started as a small team of 3 in October of 2015, we had no idea of the challenges that this year would bring us. We want to continue to thank you all for your support, then and now, as we endeavor to navigate what I like to call the “new abnormal.”
Know that in addition to the CDC guidelines for our industry, we have taken the following extra steps to ensure the safety of our staff and guests:
Private games (only you and your household/group) are allowed
Reduced maximum number of participants to encourage more physical distancing in the games
Strict physical distancing guidelines between our staff and your group
Contactless payment and waiver prior to entering the facility
Reduced number of games per day and increased time between sessions
Increased cleaning and sanitizing guidelines between each group (cleaner and disinfectant are used)
Requirement of all guests and staff to wear face masks at all times (including in game)
Requirement of all guests and staff to use provided hand sanitizer or wash hands prior to entering the game
Minimal staff interaction (hints are delivered through audio system)
These are just some of the measures we have taken as we continue to review current research literature and CDC, county, and state guidelines on how to operate safely. We will continue to update if we implement any further changes. Until then, we hope you and your loved ones stay safe, and stay well.
